The Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Mexico City will re-open on Tuesday, May 25th, 2021 offering limited services and hours.
Consider the following:
- Biometrics collection ONLY for applicants with file numbers that begin with the letter F, S or W as indicated in your Biometrics Instruction Letter.
- Biometrics appointment requests can ONLY be requested via email: info.canmexico@vfshelpline.com indicating in the subject line “Appointment request – File Number” and attaching your Biometrics Instruction Letter.
- Only applicants with scheduled biometrics appointments will be authorized entry into the VAC.
- The biometric appointment does not have an associated cost.
- Bring your Biometric Instructions Letter, your original passport and consent form to your VAC appointment.
