The student/ accommodation services division of our agency is posting on behalf of one of our clients, their 2 rooms available immediately after July 1st, 2022.

Available: Two separate Private bedrooms available in New Westminster, BC (Queensborough area) $700 Cad each bedroom
Shared accommodation in a 4 bedroom house with other 2 females ( Professional homeowner and her 16 year old daughter)
Separate bathroom. Shared kitchen. Laundry available. 2 living rooms. One can be for students use. Parking available.
Meals NOT provided. Available July 2022. Female and Short term accommodation is preferred
Rent: $700/Cad per month includes utility, cable and internet. Plus one time only accommodation placement $ fee of $260 cad payable to the agency.
Easy access to public transit, stores, parks, community centre.
Two bedrooms are available as of July 1, 2022.

Female and Short term accommodation is preferred.
This is a service that our agency is doing for the owner, who is one of our clients.
Your rental agreement will be managed directly with the house owner.
